Preventing acne is simple. All it takes is for you to go back to the basic of prioritizing good hygiene and maintaining a fit lifestyle. Here are some things-to-do that might serve as reminder:

- Get enough sleep. All of us have different sleeping time. Get what is sufficient for you.

- Eat variety of meals. However it is recommended to avoid foods that can worsen your acne. Choose healthy foods.

- Water. Drink plenty of water. It washes away unwanted materials inside your body.

- Exercise. Keep it in moderation though. A good exercise helps regulate your blood. Also, it gets rid of toxins.

- Take a bath everyday. Moreover, it is advised that you clean your face with mild soap and water at least twice a day. Normally skin care specialist recommends the use of sulfur-based soap.

- Keep your environment clean. Additionally keep your bedroom dirt free. It is best that you use clean pillows and other bed materials.

- Learn to deal with acne. Do not pierce it. A warm compress is helpful to relieve any soreness you feel.
