I don’t even know exactly if they it is acne or bumps? However, I’m pretty sure it is acne and I’ve tried everything. I have had acne for about 10 years and nothing I use seems to work. I’ve tried changing my diet to more natural organic foods, I don’t take showers in really hot water anymore, I wash my face twice a day. I could use some suggestions for anyone about treatments people have used and also if proactive has worked for you. I’m at my wits end and I’m an adult now and this is so embarrassing for me! I have blackheads on my nose and they are EVERYWHERE. The rest of my skin is fairly clear, except for a pimple every once in a while. I also have a few blackheads under my eyes where I can feel the edge of my bone is. I am really bad at remembering to wash my face. I usually wash it in the shower, but my blackheads continue to get worse. I have tried the Biore strips, and I have the Nuetrogena blackhead elimiating stuff. Are there any other good products to try?
