my face is full of blackheads and what i do is just use sulfur soap and some salicylic acid facial wash. it works if your blackheads is not that severe.

Acne Feedback: Here’s the problem. Proactiv might work for a day, it might work for two days… might even work for 3.

But it does not treat the source! which means you are going to have to buy proactiv for the rest of your life. Not very exciting is it? Acne will keep coming back again, and again. That’s because Proactiv just treats acne topically.

I have tried Proactiv, Murad, and Clean & Clear and it did not work for me. nor does it work for alot of people.. And as mentioned.. the few people that it does work for are always going to be fighting acne.

Here’s problem #2. Dermatologists. Yes dermatologists have some amazing drugs they can prescribe. but they can not CURE acne. they treat it. which means they are going to be prescribing you drugs for the next few years of your life.. and again these drugs never get down to the root of the problem.

And as if that’s not bad enough.. you’ve heard of accutane right? well it’s the #1 dermatologist recommended drug right now and if you went to the dermatologist chances are that’s what they will give you. well a recent study just confirmed that accutine increases risk of depression 2x! and is 900X! more likely to cause depression than any other acne medication.

And as if that’s not bad enough the side effects include: serious mental disabilities, severe stomach cramps, nose bleeds, unsightly peeling of the skin, loss of vision, loss of hearing.. you name it!

If you want to cure your back acne for GOOD then you have to deal with what caused the problem in the first place. which is internal.

Acne Feedback: I KNOW PEOPLE SAY PROACTIVE WORKS, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE!! TRUST ME I HAVE USED IT! i HIGHLY suggest you go see a dermatologist!! if you need to find one in your area, call your doctor. they should prescribe you with a topical treatment called differin. that works well, but i suggest you ask to be prescribed a pill. that works wonders and will get rid of acne all over your body!

Acne Feedback: Mix a little bit of vinegar and lemon juice and dab a cotton swab into it. Put it on the places where you have the acne. It works great and it ususally takes effect the next day. Good luck.

Acne Feedback: My nephew had acne pretty bad all over, he uses Proactive and it works well for him.

Acne Feedback: Wash with bar soap every day and also apple cider vinegar works pretty well to dry out the skin.

Acne Feedback: Most acne that occurs from your chin and downward is mostly due to an imbalance of hormones and poor diet. Most topical creams and cleansers will not work. Acne starts from within so you have to treat from the inside. Drink *lots* of water (with fresh lemon wedges…helps cleanse the liver) do not eat a lot of refine sugars and dairy…if you like your dairy…switch to organic…no hormones added in the dairy…which regular dairy has a lot of estrogen [same with chicken] ) So look for more into the organic foods….all those additives, pesticides and chemicals that you ingest does havoc on your skin. And when you cleanse your skin…use a mild soap…not any of those harsh acne fighting soaps…you are just irritating the skin with all of those chemicals as well. Sensitive skin needs a mild cleanser. Also make sure your bed sheets and pillow cases are changed on a regular basis as well. These are just a few pointers I have…don’t have time to go through everything…it is a long battle but you will get there…good luck…I know what you are going through
